Group Reiki Circle - Online August

This is a 1.5 hour group reiki healing session. 

In the session, you will go through a guided meditation to help you connect to your body and to tune into its vibration. You will also receive a reiju - Energy blessing - to help strengthen, deepen and open your connection to Reiki. Depending on numbers, you will be placed into breakout rooms on zoom, so you will have your own group to send distant Reiki healing to. You will be brought back to the present with a grounding meditation by focusing on the breath and your roots.
