Welcome to *Crystal Explorers: Meditation & Healing for Children* – a nurturing, hands-on workshop designed especially for children aged 8–16 who feel naturally drawn to crystals and energy.
In this 1.5-hour session, Felicia from Shimmering Light gently guides your child into the world of crystal healing. Each child will receive three beautiful gateway crystals – **Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz** – to keep and continue their journey at home.
Together, we’ll explore:-
How to cleanse, charge and connect with their crystals
Simple, calming meditations to help them feel safe, grounded and relaxed
