Release & Manifest Vision board Workshop

No dream is too small! Not everything is impossible!

It's the first Full Moon of the year with an Eclipse.

When the moon is full, it is the best time to set our intentions and what we would like to bring in either for the year or just a few months. This is a workshop, we will be working with the full moon & eclipse energy to help release stagnant energy and any other energy which is not serving you and to replace it with higher vibration energy, for your dreams and intentions that you hold within.

In the workshop, you will do:

• Open with a meditation
• Become familiar of blockages
• Do some release work
• Set intentions
• Begin your vision board

This workshop will be ran over the days the full moon energy is at its strongest. Choose from one of the days that suits you best:

• Sunday 20th January 2pm - 4pm
• Monday 21st January 7pm - 9pm
• Tuesday 22nd January 7pm - 9pm

IF in Hounslow - Paper, Pens & pencils will be supplied. Please wear comfortable clothing. You may bring pictures for your visionboard if you wish.

If online - Will be held via zoom. Please ensure you have paper, pens, colours, photos and anything else you’d like to add to your vision board.
