Reiki 1: Shoden

The course will give an introduction to the foundation and background of Reiki; its philosophy, history, and theory. Over the days you will do practical exercises to learn hand positions but also to boost your confidence to use Reiki.

Feel amazed from the very first treatment you give and receive feedback from other students, family, and friends - The different sensations, experiences, emotions, and shifts of energy.   By the end of the course, you will feel the flow of Reiki, and be able to give treatments to yourself, family, and friends - It can help with different forms of development; whether it is self-healing (physical and emotional); spiritual &/or personal.

Information & Notes

• After a Reiki 1 course, students will have a connection to Reiki. Reiki 2 and Reiki Master courses simply go deeper into the system and offer more techniques.​
• It is recommended to leave 2 - 3 months between Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 to gain more experience.
• Courses are run over two days, starting from 11:00 - 5:30
