Essential oils have many benefits for a persons general wellbeing (mind, body and soul). Each one of these areas can be specifically worked on to help bring balance and harmony. This class will be focusing on the subconscious mind and is designed to help you keep it calm and aid clarity.
We will look at the specific oils like lavender, frankincense, ylang ylang, geranium, bergamot for anxiety. In addition, to depression oils like grapefruit, sandalwood wild orange and basil. There are many oils that can help with different aspects of the mind.
