Returns and Refunds
Crystal products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. The crystals must be returned in the same condition it was received. If the product is received damaged then it is at the manager's discretion whether a full refund is awarded.

For courses such as Reiki 1, 2, and 3 that have a £100 deposit value. The deposit is non-refundable. If a course is paid in full and the person would like to withdraw their place, a refund may be awarded the deposit value of £100 deducted.

Deposits paid for services are non-refundable. A service paid in full will not be refunded but will be offered a credit note.
